You’re only as young as your spine is flexible, said Joseph Pilates.

Nicole Peterson is the Founder and Owner of Rebalancengp based in Palm Beach, Florida. With over 18 years of dedicated experience, she is a Nationally Certified Pilates Instructor through NPCP (“formerly PMA”), Balanced Body Instructor, Integrated Movement Specialist, Personal Trainer and Certified Health Coach and Nutrition Specialist. Her extensive training and yearly continuing education worldwide has led her to work with those with Autoimmune Disease, Scoliosis, Pre and Post Natal care, Pre and Post Hip, Knee, Shoulder and Spinal surgery as well as Athletes, Professional Dancers, Elderly and Cancer Survivors. She has worked alongside Spine Specialists and Physical Therapists for the health and care of shared clients and patients. Each year she devotes significant time to increasing knowledge and new concepts through Certification training to aid each person individually and make a difference in their personal journey toward rebalancing their own health, mentally, physically, and emotionally. Nicole believes that healthy living comes from inside and out. You cannot rebalance your body wthout those components, as well as the positive mental outcomes that come with that.

Nicole loves her job as much as her clients love her. She always thanks them for the hard work they do which inspires her to always push the limits. She started her career as a Dietetic major and Spanish Minor, later becoming a dual major in Spanish and Italian. Her journey was, “a 360”, as she says. She had always been a fitness devotee, dancer, and cardio queen. She found Pilates while rehabbing herself back home in New York from an injury in a gym class in 2002. She later moved to be an Interpreter in Chicago in 2003. While there, she was asked to take over classes for a Mat Pilates instructor at the gym she attended downtown and was provided training. Within a year she pursued full apparatus certification and began teaching privates as well as classes. Her job as an Instructor became busier and she started seeing professional Joeffrey and Hubbard Street dancers and Athletes as well as top Professionals with significant issues, so she wanted more education to work them at the highest level. She then again fulfilled more certifications and training later moving to Florida to work with Spine Specialists and studios in 2008.

Today she works with many in their home and in a private studio while continuing to pursue her passion for fitness, health, language and culture, nutrition and food. What her clients love the most is that she empowers them to be their best and shows them what they never thought they were capable of. She firmly believes no two bodies are the same, therefore training has to be individualized and never the same. You can learn a lot by what her clients says about her. In her spare time, you can find Nicole baking and cooking, revamping normal recipes into healthy alternatives and as a girl who is free from dairy and gluten, she is always recreating new recipes of her own and sharing it all with those around her. She’s running on the ocean early mornings, getting her own workouts in, or literally baking,…and baking…and cooking with her husband for friends and family. And she takes substantial time each month to do volunteer work, that is the most rewarding. Nicole holds a dual Bachelors degree in Spanish/Italian Language and Literature from the State University at Buffalo, New York. She has lived in Spain, Italy and Costa Rica, traveled the world, and trains clients in different cities where they reside when available. Schedule a free consultation with her today.
